SENATE BILL NO. 33 "An Act relating to a seafood product                                                                        
development tax credit; providing for an effective date by repealing                                                            
secs. 32 and 35, ch. 61, SLA 2014; and providing for an effective                                                               
date" was read the second time.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Bishop, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered today. Senator                                                             
Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further                                                            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(FIN) "An Act relating to a                                                                 
fisheries product development tax credit; and providing for an                                                                  
effective date" was adopted.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(FIN) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the next calendar.
